Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Ethnicvilla reserves the right to recover costs, legal fees and other charges from users engaging in fraudulent transactions.

Any dispute arising shall be referred to arbitration in Surat under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
